We invite you to stay with us and enjoy a family getaway or romantic weekend in one or both of our two guest rooms upstairs with full access to the common rooms downstairs. Enjoy the relaxed elegance, warmth and old-world charm of this beautiful home. For exclusive access and privacy, you can book the Three Ten Suite which gives you everything we have to offer during your stay with us upstairs and down.

The Foyer
An elegant and warm foyer greets you as soon as you walk through the door. The walls are adorned with Colonial Williamsburg designed wallpaper. Come in and relax! Your continental breakfast will be served in the foyer each morning of your stay.
The Parlor
We’re proud to be part of the vibrant and creative community in Yellow Springs, OH. Our parlor doubles as an art gallery featuring our local artists and their art for sale. The art hanging on our walls makes Three Ten a truly special place to stay.
Marble Bathroom
The two guest rooms share a beautiful recently remodeled bathroom, with marble tile floor and walls, a walk-in glass wall shower and deadbolt lock on the door for privacy.
Front and Backyard Patios
