Three Ten Bed & Breakfast is the only classic full service B&B in the Village of Yellow Springs. This historic two story brick home, built in 1843, is just one block from downtown shops, restaurants, bike paths and the Glen Helen Nature Preserve.
We invite you to stay with us and enjoy a family getaway or romantic weekend in one or both of our two guest rooms upstairs with full access to the common rooms, foyer and parlor, downstairs. Enjoy the relaxed elegance, warmth and old world charm of your home away from home. For exclusive access and privacy, you can book the Three Ten Suite which gives you everything we have to offer during your stay with us upstairs and downstairs.
Breakfast
Your reservation comes with a self-serve our continental breakfast. It starts with fresh perked Pachamama Cooperative coffee, hot water for tea, fresh fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and an assortment of granola bars, cereals and oatmeal. You can pre-order the 310 Breakfast Hot Plate, when booking your room online using our booking system.
Canyon Edge Farm
Handmade all natural raw goats milk soap from Canyon’s Edge Farm is now available for my guests and for sale here at Three Ten. This batch for the fall season smells and looks amazing.
